Ingredients:

5 pcs boiled chicken egg
200 g quail egg
5 tbsp. oil divided
3 pcs gloves garlic (sliced)
3 g ginger (sliced)
100 ml soda water
50 g red bell pepper
50 g green bell pepper
50 g yellow bell pepper
8 pcs dried chili
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. chicken powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
spring onion (garnish)

Cooking Procedure:

1. Heat the wok on medium heat and pour in the oil. Fry boiled eggs until golden brown.

2. Add ginger, garlic and dried chili. Gently mix then pour in soda water and simmer for 1 minute.

3. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, chicken powder and mix gently. Add bell pepper and rice vinegar.

4. Season with black pepper and salt then simmer for 3 minutes.

5. After simmering turn off the stove and transfer to a serving bowl.

6. Serve hot and enjoy.
