How to Install a Grounding Snap on Your ESD Mat

Every AcroMat 100-ESD Series mat comes with a grounding snap. Here's how to install the grounding snap. This how-to works for any grounding snap and cord on the market.

1. Poke a hole in the mat with a scratch awl
2. Place female end of snap on mat
3. Insert nut into hole in the bottom of the mat
4. Screw pieces together until secure
5. Connect ESD grounding cord with snap on mat
