He says the defendant is his best friend and he agreed to shoot a music video for the defendant’s son. The plaintiff claims the defendant’s son stole his jewelry when they were on set, so he’s suing for the value of the lost property. The defendant argues his son had nothing to do with it and never stole the jewelry, so he doesn’t owe anything.
