Philips 22GR814 record player / cassette recorder repair - Part 1

On the bench today I have nice and very retro looking Philips 22GR814 record player & cassette recorder combination unit with a built in amplifier.
In this first part we'll try to get it going again. I service the amplifier and the turntable. The cassette deck will be serviced in part 2
