Joel Dies and Alex Gives Birth | Saving Hope

While we are we are officially introduced to baby Luke Reid, Zach and Joel work on one of Hope Zion’s most dangerous cases yet. They are trying to get the missile out of a young sergeant’s pelvic bone, but when he starts bleeding out, Joel intentionally sends Zach to get some blood. Joel promises to wait for Zach before he removed the bomb, but we know he won’t. While Zach drives away, he realises Joel's plan but it's too late. Just as the bomb squad start to guide Joel, he sees the white horse.

From Season 3 Episode 18 "All the Pretty Horses": Joel and Zach help an army man in the field. Charlie and Dawn try to save a hand while Maggie and a really pregnant Alex take their board exams. Something bad happens to Joel whiles he's out with Zach. Alex gives birth.
