Реставрация акустической системы YAMAHA NS-1000M. В описании эти АС не нуждаются! Это одни из самых культовых АС в мире.
Заказаны колонки были в Японии. Изначально я искал максимально убитый вариант этих колонок. Нашел!!!
Корпуса были в очень плохом состоянии. По технике продавец уверял что всё работает, нужно только почистить динамики от полувековой пыли и всё. В итоге я рискнул и купил.
Доставка длилась около двух месяцев. Перед новым готом приехал мой подарок самому себе.
Реставрация заняла 4 месяца. Делал долго из-за основных заказов, в свободное время.
По работам сделал:
- Проклейка, шпаклевка и геометрия корпусов.
- Вклейка 1.5мм шпона в те места где он отсутствовал
- Фанеровка новым шпоном и обработка маслом
- Выравнивание и покраска задников
- Установка новых клемм
- Замена конденсаторов но новые
- Обслуживание и чистка динамиков
- Покраска корзин и защитных сеток
- Новые уплотнители

Теперь отличные колонки в отличном техническом и внешнем состоянии.

Restoration of the YAMAHA NS-1000M speaker system. These speakers do not need to be described! These are some of the most iconic speakers in the world.
The speakers were ordered in Japan. Initially, I was looking for the most killed version of these columns. In the end, I found it!!!
The buildings were in very poor condition. According to the technique, the seller assured that everything works, you just need to clean the speakers from half a century of dust and that's it. In the end, I took a chance and bought it.
The delivery lasted about two months. As a result, before the new goth, my gift to myself arrived.
The restoration took 4 months. I did it for a long time because of the main orders, in my free time.
By work done:
- Sizing, putty and housing geometry.
- Gluing of 1.5 mm veneer in the places where it was absent
- Veneering with new veneer and oil treatment
- Leveling and painting of the backs
- Installing new terminals
- Replacement of capacitors but new ones
- Maintenance and cleaning of speakers
- Painting of baskets and protective nets
- New gaskets

As a result, I now have excellent speakers in excellent technical condition.
