Welcome back, educators.
Let’s add some equations and chemical formulas.
We could reach the equation toolbar from the view menu. And also from the Insert menu.
On the equation toolbar, click New equation to start.
The equation toolbar has many tabs. Each one has a lot of symbols.
Now, let’s create our first equation.
Click the Math operations tab.
Click Fraction.
Type the numerator, then press Tab or Enter.
Type the denominator, then press Tab or Enter.
Now, click the New equation to add a new one.
Let’s try the radical symbol this time.
Click the Math operations tab.
Click the radical symbol.
Type the index then press Tab or Enter.
Type the radicand, then press Tab or Enter.
Now, click the New equation to add a new one.
And now, the theory of relativity of Einstein.
We’ll use the superscript this time.
And for the chemical formula of the water.
We’ll use the subscript to achieve that.
We could reach the subscript and superscript from the Format menu also.
