The morning sun painted the sky in hues of gold as a friend and I embarked on a cycling adventure. Starting at Fashion Square Mall, we seamlessly transitioned onto the Cady Way Trail, a familiar route through the charming town of Winter Park. Our journey continued onto the Seminole Cross Trail, where we headed north towards Oviedo. The recent rainfall had left its mark, with full retention ponds and lush greenery lining the trail. The early start helped us beat the Florida heat, and the relatively sparse crowd made for a leisurely ride. A satisfying 27 miles later, we concluded our day, grateful for the perfect blend of sunshine, camaraderie, and exercise.
