From a 1966 demonstration recorded at the University of Wisconsin. Colman was a student of Emil Jaques-Dalcroze, who developed the Eurhythmics method of teaching music through movement. Colman also studied with Paul Hindemith and played for many great dance companies, including Balanchine/New York City Ballet.
