Except for Asylum Demon, since I fought him before I got the sword. And of course I cheesed Bed of Chaos and Ceaseless Discharge.

Also to clarify: I did the whole run with Fog RIng and Slumbering Dragoncrest Ring on (just wanted to try the "stealth mode"), so I had them on in nearly all the fights. Didn't use any other rings. Four Kings of course required Covenant of Artorias so that one was an exception.
