OPI New Orleans Collection | Live Application Review

For Spring/Summer 2016 OPI has given us the New Orleans collection filled with beautiful pops of color in cream, shimmer, frost and pearl formulas. We'll look at live application of each polish so that you know what to expect before you purchase.
