Easy process to keep your Fuji Sprayer in top shape. We cover how the 3m PPS 2.0 system integrates with the sprayer and how simple it is to keep the spray gun clean and clog free.

Almost 100% of the issues that arise with the system are due to improper cleaning and maintenance. I forgot in the video to use the lubricate on the sprayer. You want to put a little dab on the needle tip and the pieces the needle slides through.

You can keep your material in the dome\liner setup for a long time. Each 3M PPS 2.0 system comes with plugs and hard plastic cups. Just insert the plug into the top of the cup and store it upside down. It will be good for a while.

Using the Fuji Spray systems is very easy to do. It is beginner friendly and a great tool. My recommendation is to get the Q5 model if you can. It is the most versatile system they offer and will spray all your common materials.

An good entry level is the Semi-Pro 2 which is good for spraying thinner materials like polyurethane and stains but lacks the power to push thicker materials like latex.
