Update 44.0 came with the addition of the Mermonkey, an amphibious magic monkey. The top path, Lord of the Abyss, buff the pierce of all towers nearby and allows water towers to be placed on land. The first thought I had was to use the Carrier Flagship on Cornfield so I can theoretically have more platforms to work with, but it wound up carrying the entire game with it's new buff so I just bought random towers to help out (thanks, Glaive Lord)

No one reads descriptions but I thought I'd write out some thoughts anyway. Have a nice day :)
