Komatsu WB140 Backhoe Diecast Model 1/50 Scale

This is a Komatsu WB140 Backhoe. It is a diecast model made by First Gear and is an excellent model in 1:50 scale. They really set the example for a backhoe in 1/50th scale. The detail is great and it is not an expensive piece. The quality is also very good. It is a shame that other manufacturers don't do as nice a job as First Gear did on this backhoe. I would love it if Ertl would give up the Case and Deere Backhoes to First Gear. While first gear doesn't make anything for John Deere it's still a fun thought. This is better than the Backhoe from cat diecast. This backhoe does come with several accessories. There is a set of forks, a hammer and a vibrator tamper plate. The tamper plate is very cool. Those are a great accessory for a backhoe and are very handy on the job.
