Bhutan: Daily fee for tourists halved | Inside South Asia

From the 1st of September, Bhutan has slashed its Sustainable Development Fee of $200 charged per visitor per night to $100. Historically, Bhutan has deliberately avoided tourist traffic but now The big focus is all on attracting tourists for the September to December peak tourist season
