Rawat’s been serving these beauties since 1972, and honestly, it’s a taste of tradition that’s become part of the city itself.

I couldn’t stop thinking about it after coming back — so I had to try making it at home. From the moen in the dough to the chutney on the side, I tried to bring a little bit of Jaipur into my kitchen today. And I think I’m close!
