Chicken marination

1kg boneless chicken
Bell peppers 1 cup
Onion slices 1/2 cup
Garlic & ginger paste 1 to 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 to 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp or according to ur taste
Mixed malasa
Kashmiri mirch masala
Dried coriander powder
Black pepper
Cumin powder
Turmeric
Curd 2 tbsp
Mix well and marinate for 1 hour

Crepe batter

Milk 2 1/4 cup
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp or according to taste
All - purpose flour (maida) 1 & 1/2 cup
Mix well
You can also grind the batter in grinder But its optional.

Mayonnaise sauce

mayonnaise 1 cup
Garlic clove
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1/8 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Olive oil 1-2 tsp
Blend it well
