In this video we show you HOW TO MAKE A PERFECT PINEAPPLE FRUIT HEAD| Fruit Bowl HOOKAH

We show you how to carve a fruit into a Shisha bowl, and how to get your hookah to give a lot of cloud.. This method is smooth. Of course a lot of people might use something to cover the hole with a sponge we carved in the fruit, however in our case I usually prefer when it is not covered because the stem of my Shisha is tight. However, if your Hookah stem is wide then you could always add a filter to the hole to restrict the airflow a little.

I'm only here to show the technicality more than anything on shisha use. So if you ever asked how to make a smooth shisha and how to get a lot of cloud, then this way should be the top. I have smoked since I was young and owned a few shisha businesses and my methods are merely based on experience.
