Frank's Tract in the California Delta is a spot that I used to fish a lot. A buddy of mine, Tom the Barefoot Fisherman, used to live on the water close to Russo's and we would fishing the docks and out in Franks frequently. Today was my first time out in this area in 2019 and things have changed a lot.

It took me forever to figure the bite out but I managed to find a few fish, including one that was decent. I was happy with that considering the day prior I had skunked on the Delta.
