About the Thesis:
Title: Introducing Service Design to Private Primary Education: A New Way to Lead and Meet Modern Family Needs
This thesis explores how Service Design can be introduced into private primary schools to help leaders better understand students’ and families’ experiences — and use those insights to innovate with confidence.

Through interviews, school observations, and co-creation, Linda developed a practical tool:
