Join me on Episode 1 of this 10K training series over 8 weeks from first training run up to race day at Run Norwich 10K 2024 on 8 September.

As I'll only be running once per week (more on that in this episode), can I beat my course PB of 57:05? My Garmin seems to think I will smash it. LOL. I'll update you with my Garmin stats as we progress through the weeks of training.

Having run the Run Norwich 10K event five times previously, I know it's not a fast course due to the hills en route so, with a long history of injury, can it be done?

All will be revealed over the 8 weeks with the race day finale on the final week.

The series playlist will be uploaded each week with new training episodes over 7 weeks, along with the Run Norwich 10K race day finale on week 8.
