RTD2 is a Pandering Legacy Sequel (Doctor Who)

With David Tennant and Catherine Tate returning, some would argue that Doctor Who was just pandering to nostalgia for the 60th Anniversary specials, however the debut of Ncuti Gatwa as the 15th Doctor in The Church on Ruby road make it clear that the stagnation of the Doctor Who in the RTD2 era goes deeper.
