U.S. makes big concession in NAFTA negotiations

The U.S. has made a big concession in NAFTA negotiations by rolling back a demand in the auto sector. Previously, U.S. negotiators were demanding that 50 per cent of all parts used to build vehicles had to be made in America. By dropping that demand, negotiators have a renewed sense of optimism that a deal will be reached.
