Torque Operator Repaired in Hehr RV Window

In this video I remove and replace a Hehr torque operator. This part is notorious for failing. It seems to be under engineered for the job it is required to do. All of these cranking mechanisms on my trailer seem to be on the verge of breaking. If you try to close the window too tightly the torque operator will strip its gears like it did on mine. The only repair solution is to remove and replace the part but it is not easy to extricate. Prying the part out of the track so difficult, by the time I finished being frustrated, I completely forgot to to shoot video. Getting the new operator fastened required some creativity since I didnt have exactly the right length rivets. After reinstalling the window, its ready for use. Hopefully this one will hold up a long time.
