With the high cost of living today, raising rent prices and utilities and more. I explain the need to change how you think about living and to look for solutions out side of the box. Owner financed land can be a help to get you off the ground. Planning for a more rugged lifestyle lacking in conveniences such as close by shopping and restaurants. Planning for your septic needs and water on your new property. Finding land you can put a tiny house or RV on and live there. I encourage you all to be sure to check local zoning laws before you purchase your new land and find out you can't do what you want on it. For those struggling to hold on, maybe this will work for you. This is a different lifestyle and you will have to adapt.
