After two years of battling the complications from a failed hernia and diastasis recti repair, I’m heading back into surgery this time for what I hope will finally bring closure to this chapter. In this video, I share everything I’ve been through: from the physical pain and frustration of a surgery that didn’t go as planned, to the emotional weight of living with a wound that refused to heal for nearly 10 months. I talk about how this journey has affected my health, my mindset, and my career, especially as someone whose life revolves around fitness. More than anything, I wanted to document this honestly so you can understand what it's like to go through something like this. Despite everything, I remain hopeful. And I want to share the lessons I’ve learned, both mentally and physically, with anyone who might be facing their own setbacks right now.
