Ghostwire Tokyo PC - FSR 3.1 FG MOD 4k Max RT - RX 7900XTX - i5 13600k

The game is very stuttery since it's an UE4 open world game with ray tracing, but the micro stutters are not that noticeable at higher frame rates, only the second long hitches are annoying. This is the Game pass PC version of the game. I would recommend playing this game with FSR Performance mode and capping your FPS to 60 ingame and FG to get to 120. This will minimize input delay and FSR 3.1 looks really good with the art style of this game.
