This shorts tutorial is about setting android app on Google Play Developer Console for it to be available for testing on the Playstore. Once you have made the build file, apk or aab, using a Game Engine like Unity/UnReal etc. you need to test it on PlayStore. By putting it out to Play Store you can test your application for how it would actually work in Production, before it is available to all users.
