Lamb 600 gms
Onion 4 nos
Chilli Mathania paste 3 tbsp
Garlic chopped 3 tbsp
Rose petals 10-15 nos
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Green chilli paste 3 tbsp
Curd beaten 100 gram
Kashmiri chilli powder 1.5 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1.5 tbsp
Ghee 50 grams
Ginger powder a pinch
Jeera powder 1 tbsp
Black salt 1 tbsp
Black pepper 6-8 nos
Cardamom 4 nos
Pipli (long pepper) 2-3 nos
Mace 3 nos
Clove 2-3 nos
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Mathania chilli whole 5 nos
Bay leaves 3 nos
Black cardamom 2 nos

2 tsp Black Peppercorns

3 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2 inch Turmeric Whole
3 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Nutmeg(Jayphal)
