About 4 years ago, I planted 3 seeds from a soft jackfruit variety known as Boca Cempedak. This year, 2 of those seedlings produced their first fruit!

In this video, my friends and I taste and review both seedlings, which I’ve temporarily named Nison 1 and Nison 2. To me, the first one had more of a lemon flavor, while both were soft, juicy, and exciting to try.

This is just the beginning—I’ll continue to watch how these trees produce fruit next year and keep you updated on their productivity. I’m really excited to see what the future holds for these Boca Cempedak seedlings!
