This is an optimization that enforces full screen exclusive mode for your game of choice, watch the video to see optional safety steps (creating a restore point) before employing the optimization shown, and taught in the video.

pros:increased FPS, reduced latency, reduced stuttering/hitching, and if you have a Refresh rate issue, it will fix it if there's no additional variables (e.g a second display misaligned in refresh rate with primary display, dxg issues, etc.)

tap windows search, type registry editor, left click registry editor under best matches in the windows search bar, then tap yes.

Hkey path (the sauce)

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\GameConfigStore\Children (you can copy, and paste this in registry editor at the top over the displayed pathing, or navigate the file pathing yourself within registry editor)

NEXT

1.left click to highlight children folder 2.right click to to expand options 3.click find 4. type your games name of choices name or keywords

(e.g for me its combat masters) do not add .exe ONLY type the title or keywords of the game

hit enter or left click find next

Look for matchedexefull go to the right, and hover over file path
if the file path shows your game of choice, and exe at the end of that game title you have successfully found the location of the desired game folder under children.

NEXT

scroll up to "flags" (above in the list from matchedexefull") double click
change the default value of 11 (hexadecimal) to 211 hexadecimal

click okay

done.
