A ROUGH START TO OUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE OF THE YEAR (Breck Epic Day 1)

This is my first time racing Breck Epic and it’s the first ever addition of the Breck Epic Women’s Tour so I’ll be racing against upwards of 60 other pro women from around the country and the world. This is the largest pro women’s field ever in North America so nerves are even higher than usual for the first day of Breck Epic, and I’m already feeling incredibly underprepared compared to many of my competitors. This is going to be a BIG week, challenging in so many ways, even before the weather that's looking set to wreak havoc on day 1.
