1/4 onion
1 stem scallion
1 stem celery
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp roasted geera ( cumin )

Ingredients for the chicken filling

1 small pk minced chicken
1 stem scallion
1/4 onion
black pepper to taste
salt to taste
* you can use some of the green season you blended for the cassava instead of the onion and scallion

Ingredients for the Coating

4 tbsp. flour
a pinch of yellow food color
1 tsp. green seasoning
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
