The Augustine Bible: a Catholic ESV?

The Augustine Institute has now published the "The Augustine Bible" - the first accessible Catholic Bible in the English Standard Version (ESV) Bible translation. It's not perfect, however (none are!). So below I will call out some of the positives and negatives I have discovered.
