材料:
雪梨5個
華盛頓紅蘋果(大)2個
無花果4粒
南杏20克

程序:
1. 雪梨及蘋果,清水浸5分鐘。
2. 蘋果及雪梨,清水洗乾淨。
3. 洗乾淨煲。
4. 雪梨,一開四,去芯,放煲內。
5. 蘋果,一開四,去芯,放煲內。
6. 南杏,清水浸2分鐘,洗乾淨,放煲內。
7. 無花果,一開二,放煲內。
8. 在煲內加入清水至4升。
9. 煲25分鐘。
10. 煲好,焗6小時或以上。
11. 完成,可享用。

明火煲:
1. 大火煲滾後,轉中慢火煲20分鐘。
2. 煲好,焗6小時或以上。
3. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:
Chinese pears 5 Nos.
US Washington apples (large) 2 Nos.
Dried figs 4 Nos.
South apricot kernels 20g

Steps:
1. Pears and apples, soak in tap water for 5 minutes.
2. Pears and apples, rinse with tap water.
3. Rinse a pot.
4. Pears, divide each into 4 shares. Remove seeds. Put in the pot.

11. Complete. Serve.

1. Heat up at high flame. Turn to medium-low flame and boil for 20 minutes.
2. Finish. Leave it for 6 hours or more.
3. Complete. Serve.
