MTV EMAs: Rita Ora on who she's most excited to see take to the stage

This weekend, MTV has well and truly taken over the city centre - whether it’s in the form of huge billboards and tram voiceovers or big gigs and parties.

The broadcaster is bringing its famed European Music Awards (EMAs) to Manchester for the first time ever and will be hosted by music superstar Rita Ora at a lavish event on Sunday night at Co-op Live.

Aside from a bunch of surprises in store, the show will feature performances from the likes of Raye, Shawn Mendes and Pet Shop Boys.

We had a chat with Rita Ora ahead of the EMAs to find out what she thinks about Manchester, what it will bring to the party, and what she's looking forward to as host.
