The Interceptor 650 is also the first all-new motorcycle for Royal Enfield since the Himalayan came out in 2016, and represents a new direction for the brand, as it ventures into the mid-capacity multi-cylinder segment. It’s powered by a 649cc air-and-oil-cooled parallel twin motor and is built around an uncomplicated, yet capable, dual cradle frame. Sporting no modern electronic wizardry, the Interceptor 650 is a hark back to the simpler days of motorcycling.
