How to defeat Venom in the final boss fight

Phase 1 - To defeat Venom here you need to dodge his overhead slams and then web in with triangle to land combos. During all of the phases, you'll need to dodge the blue crush attacks and then again get in for more of your own damage. Look for a chance to get close to the L1 R1 alarms to give you a free opportunity to get in the hits and you can also do this with Spider-Man's sonic burst gadgets. Parry (L1) or jump the yellow attacks and that'll give you more openings and jump swing away to one of the other areas when Venom does the ground wave attack. Use your anti-Venom to do bigger damage and you should beat him in the first phase.

Phase 2 - To start with, defeat the symbiotes quickly with web shooters to clear the area and then you can start cycling through your ability moves to take out Venom's health bar protection in phase 2 of the final boss fight. You can also use your gadgets to get rid of the symbiotes, but try to stay clear of Venom until you've charged up your abilities to avoid damage. Once you've cleared the decks you can web zip over to the car alarm to give you the opening you need. When he's down on the ground you can get close to him to chip away at his real health bar using the tips in phase 1 to help you through the boss fight. Do this a couple of times and you should be golden.

Phase 3 - Venom gets wings for the third phase and you'll be playing as Miles for the rest of the final boss fight, so your abilities are different too. Dodge the initial projectiles and L1 R1 throw the big boulder back at it before web zipping close to get in your combos. When it's on the ground, the tips for Phase 1 apply. Cycle through your abilities when they're charged and watch out for the increase in projectiles towards the end of the fight. Sometimes you get four before the boulder and sometimes there are two or three, so you'll need to be ready for any of these.

Final phase - To close out the Venom boss fight, you'll need to defeat one more flying phase to get to the ending. A good strategy to start things off is to L1 R1 throw one of the sonic barrels at Venom and then swing or zip over the wave before getting in close for a combo. Cycle through your abilities when you get the chance, because he takes less damage in the final phase, so it can be a bruising fight. As mentioned earlier, parry the yellow attacks to get good openings and you definitely want to dodge the blue bites. When Venom flies, dodge the triple attack, return fire and you should be well on your way to beating it.
