Pikes Peak Real Estate Update | Week of June 24, 2025

Welcome back to this week’s market update for the Pikes Peak region! We had another strong week for inventory — 477 new listings hit the market, and 75 homes came back on, giving buyers more choices with 552 new active listings overall.

On the flip side, 177 homes went under contract, 174 went pending, and 5 were short sales — totaling 356 homes coming off the market, which is a bit slower than last week. This could mean buyers are being a little more cautious right now.

The big news? Inventory is up by 196 from last week — great for buyers! And with 674 price drops this week, it’s a fantastic time to find motivated sellers and potential deals.
282 homes sold, down slightly from last week, and 97 listings were withdrawn, canceled, or expired.
