In this video, we question the accusations of dictatorship leveled against the Modi government by opposition parties. Instead, we examine who has historically utilized Section 356, or President's rule, the most in India. Surprisingly, it's the Congress government, which has invoked it a staggering 90 times out of 132 instances since independence. Indira Gandhi's tenure alone saw 36 instances between 1966 to 1977 and 15 times between 1980 to 1984. While other parties have also utilized this provision, the Janata Party invoked it 21 times in three years, and Modi ji's BJP government has done so 10 times. So, who really holds the record for imposing a dictatorship?
