Vantem acquires Arris Manufacturing to fuel strategic growth in multi-family, energy efficient homes, stepping further toward their goal of establishing 20 manufacturing plants across the U.S. Newly named Vantem Clio, Arris Manufacturing was already an established offsite modular manufacturer with logistical, architectural and engineering expertise serving the southeast multifamily market.

Key benefits of the acquisition include:
• Enhanced production capabilities to deliver 700-800 multifamily units annually, with plans to increase to 2,000 units by 2026.
• Integration of in-house architecture, engineering, and logistics services for streamlined project delivery.
• Strengthened ability to meet growing demand for sustainable, energy-efficient housing solutions.
This acquisition complements Vantem’s existing operations, such as the Affinity division in Lakeland, Georgia, which focuses on energy-efficient community development.
