Naka-red alert status na ang Cagayan Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office dahil sa posibleng epekto ng bagyong ‘Gener’.

Samantala, dalawang spillway gates naman ng Magat Dam sa Isabela ang nakabukas na ngayon bilang paghahanda sa dami ng ulan na ibubuhos ng bagyo.
