Trent is one of the most distinguished participants in the documentary "Penno UP," showcasing his outstanding athleticism, intelligence, ambition, and dedication.

He achieved great heights in the world of wrestling at a young age in Australia. Additionally, he stands out as one of the few individuals in the world who have read the complete texts of the four main religious scriptures from start to finish.

Driven by a strong desire for global recognition, Trent possesses a clear and well-defined set of goals that he aims to achieve step by step. He seems to have boundless energy and passion, while also displaying a distinct open-mindedness and remarkable discipline.

My journey with Trent began when I started filming him during his initial experience coaching a group of trained adults in one of Sydney's most prestigious areas, the Bondi Beach area.


'Penno UP' is a lifelong documentary that aims to film every 7 years with a group of young people worldwide. Most of the participants are from Sydney Australia and others from other parts of the world. There are two underlining themes that this documentary attempts to explore; to see whether class mobility is still possible in contemporary times, what conditions or qualities could make people thrive in society and what makes a fulfilling life overall. Inspired by Michael Apted's original British 7Up Series, I made my own version of 7UP.
