How to deep clean an Angel juicer

The Angel factory recently sent us some tips on keeping the stainless steel augers and housing free of any discolorations. We demonstrate the two methods in this video.

Method 1: Baking Soda
Pour water into a container large enough to hold the augers and housing
Add 1T baking soda per liter
Soak the housing and augers in this solution overnight
Remove the augers and housing, sprinkle with baking soda, and scrub them with the cleaning brush or a stiff toothbrush
Rinse and allow to dry

Method 2: Lemon juice
Cut up and juice 2-3 lemons, leaving peel on
Remove the housing and augers, and place them on a plate to dry for 2-3 hours
After drying, soak the housing and augers in warm water for 3-4 hours
Remove from warm water and scrub with the cleaning brush
Rinse and allow to dry
