Utterly stunning end to the week, it’s just a pity that you’re naturally thinking about the end to take the full beauty of it in.

It’s a fairly steep start to the day but that is soon over with, it soon moves in to slight undulations for the majority of the rest of the hike through Lairig Mor. You then hit a fairly annoying (for me anyway) climb up towards Dun Deardail where you come face to face with Ben Nevis.

This is where you drop down to the road into Fort William and back to civilisation.

What a week…one I’ll never ever forget.
