In order to recruit and retain top talent, organizational culture is a key factor for success.

This course will explore how culture is defined and expressed, through artifacts, behaviors and underlying assumptions. Organizational values, workforce diversity and inclusion strategies will be discussed and evaluated. Through an exploration of the core tensions inherent in any organization, participants will assess the strengths and potential downside of their own organizational culture. Specific action plans will be generated to maximize transfer of learning back to the home organization.
