IEBC asks High Court Judge George Odunga to exonerate himself from ruling over IEBC case

To another court standoff now the independent electoral and boundaries commission IEBC has asked high court judge George Odunga to disqualify himself from hearing a court case pitting the opposition coalition cord against the IEBC. Justice Odunga will rule on whether to disqualify himself tomorrow.
