The "Student as Manager" model is a pedagogical strategy that integrates games-based learning (GBL), problem-based learning (PBL), and challenge-based learning (CBL) to create a dynamic fusion educational environment that emphasizes collaboration, communication, and decision-making. In the model, students are assigned managerial tasks, requiring them to work collectively as part of a management team, thereby gaining practical, real-world experience compared to current classical teaching and learning in the university, which only lectures and tutorials, simulation through software, which is without a facilitator. This model presents an innovative, immersive teaching approach designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements for undergraduate business students. The model was Implemented since 2019 which active 5 years for Strategic Management, Sales Management, and International Business and Globalization courses. These results highlight the effectiveness of the model in enhancing students' competencies in critical thinking, creativity, and industrial involvement, aligning with 21st-century learning skills. Where the students independently able to join other competition such as Social Entrepreneur. This model has been tested in UPSI (Perak, Malaysia), London South Bank University (London, UK), Xiamen University Malaysia (Selangor, Malaysia), HELP University (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) and Hensard University (Nigeria, Africa), underscoring its potential to revolutionize business education. The "Student as Manager" model supports the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education, which promotes innovation in teaching and learning. By providing an active and engaging learning environment, this approach ensures that students are well-prepared to manage unexpected and complex industrial issues on a global scale. As the result students able to secure 100% employability in managerial or executive level.
