Eugenia Keegan: 2021 Wine Enthusiast Wine Star Awards 'Wine Executive of the Year'

Jackson Family Wines is thrilled to share Eugenia Keegan has been named the 'Wine Executive of the Year' by the 2021 Wine Enthusiast Wine Star Awards.

Eugenia has been a powerhouse behind our success in Oregon since 2013. As General Manager, and Vice President of Oregon Winery Operations and Business Development, she spearheads winegrowing, business and sales development, environmental stewardship and community outreach. A beloved figure rooted in Oregon, Eugenia is an incredible advocate for our Oregon wineries and has been vital to establishing our company as a respected and integrated part of the Willamette Valley community. She has been our muse inspiring new projects and boundless opportunities that elevate quality for our Oregon wineries and vineyards across the Gran Moraine Winery, Penner-Ash Wine Cellars, WillaKenzie Estate, and Zena Crown as well as Willamette Valley winemaking programs for La Crema Wines and Siduri Wines. Through her leadership, we have celebrated many wins since the 2013 vintage, including 488 90+ scores garnered across the Oregon portfolio and the growth of our Oregon-based team to 90 employees.

Those of us that have the pleasure of working with her can attest to Eugenia’s irrepressible spirit and unique leadership style that is at once humble, regal, and bold. She generously shares her experience and pearls of wisdom in so many facets of our business and serves as a mentor to many at Jackson Family Wines. We are especially proud that Eugenia is the first woman to receive the Wine Executive of the Year award since its inception in 2014.
