Описание к видео VIDEO: Kennet and Avon Canal Restoration 1971

This extract from a longer thirty minute film produced in 1971 by the Bristol Film and Video Society, shows the Kennet and Avon Canal at Bath, Devizes and Wootton Rivers during the height of its restoration. The filmmakers, despite being amateurs, deployed docu-drama techniques, as well as graphics and sound effects to help tell the story of the canal’s progression.

Archive film from the Bristol Film and Video Society collection.
